How a project works.

You send a brief
Fill out the form on the Book page, or talk it through on a quick call, so we understand the project.

We send a quote
A clear, itemized quote in CAD. No fixed packages — every project is priced to fit.

You sign + send the deposit
Once you approve the quote and sign the agreement, a 35% deposit reserves your spot and kicks things off.
- 04
Design & first draft
We design and build, then share a first draft for your feedback.

Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included — a "round" is one consolidated list of changes.

Approve & launch
When you approve, we put the site live. The remaining 65% balance is due within 48 hours of launch.
Payment & methods
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). A 35% deposit is due to start; the 65% balance is due within 48 hours of your site going live. We invoice through Stripe (credit or debit card) or accept Interac e-Transfer — whichever you prefer.
Deposits & refunds
Deposits aren't fully refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours of paying, 30% of the deposit is refunded. After 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable — it covers the time and scheduling reserved for your project.
Final payment & non-payment
The 65% balance is due within 48 hours of launch. If it's unpaid after 10 days, the site is temporarily taken offline until payment clears. If it remains unpaid after 60 days, the project and site are permanently removed.
Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. A "round" is one consolidated list of changes — please gather feedback into one batch rather than sending tweaks one at a time. Rounds beyond the included 3 are billed at $90/hour.
Support after launch
Every site includes 30 days of free fixes after launch. After that, changes are $90/hour, or add the optional care plan at $49/month — which always includes any AI-related changes, plus ongoing small edits and peace of mind. Because we build static sites, upkeep is minimal by design.
You own your site, forever
When your balance is paid, the site, its code, and its content are 100% yours — permanently. No subscription to keep it online, no platform that holds it hostage. Unlike rented website builders, nothing disappears if you ever stop working with us.
