How long does a website take?
Most projects run 3–6 weeks from kickoff, depending on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back. A single landing page can be ready in about a week; a full multi-page site takes longer. You'll get a realistic timeline with your quote.
What's included in a project?
Strategy, design, and development — all of it. A custom design built for your brand, responsive development that looks great on every screen, clean SEO-ready markup, basic on-page SEO, and a launch on fast, secure hosting. The specifics are spelled out in your quote.
Can you write the copy, or help with content?
Yes. Strong words make or break a site. Bring your own, or we'll help shape and polish it — just flag it in your brief and we'll scope it in.
Do you provide photos?
We don't shoot photography, but we'll help you source the right images — curated stock, or art direction for your own shoot — so the site feels like you, not a template.
Do you build in English and French?
Absolutely — bilingual sites are our specialty. We build proper EN/FR structure from the start, not a bolted-on translation, so both languages feel native.
What platform do you build on?
Modern, fast, static-first tech — Astro and Next.js on Cloudflare, not WordPress. Your site loads quickly, stays secure, and has nothing to "update" or break. If you want to edit content yourself, we'll set up a simple way to do it.
Do I own my website?
Yes — 100%, forever. The moment your balance is paid, the site, its code, and its content are entirely yours. No subscription to keep it online, no platform holding it hostage. That's not true everywhere — many builders effectively rent you a site that vanishes the day you stop paying. Not here: yours is yours, for good.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Every site includes 30 days of free fixes after launch — anything not working right, we'll sort it. After that, changes are $90/hour, or add the optional $49/month care plan, which always covers any AI-related updates plus ongoing small edits and peace of mind. Because we build static sites, there's very little upkeep to begin with.
How does pricing work?
Every project is quoted individually — no fixed packages, because no two sites are the same. After a quick call or your brief, you'll get a clear, itemized quote in CAD with no surprises. Book a call to get yours.
How do payments work?
Once you approve the quote and sign the agreement, a 35% deposit gets the project rolling. The 65% balance is due within 48 hours of your site going live. We invoice through Stripe (credit card) or accept Interac e-Transfer — whichever you prefer. All amounts in CAD.
